Assembly Operator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $17.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Various shifts available

• Assemble components precisely according to blueprints, specifications, and standard operating procedures using various hand tools, power tools, and light machinery.
• Conduct thorough visual quality checks on die cast parts, meticulously identifying and documenting any imperfections, defects, or deviations from established work instructions.
• Accurately complete all necessary production and quality control paperwork, maintaining detailed and organized records of inspection findings, output, and process adjustments.
• Ensure all assembled products consistently meet established quality standards and production targets.
• Operate and maintain assigned equipment safely and efficiently.
• Strictly adhere to all safety regulations, company policies, and quality control procedures.*

Assembly Operator Qualifications:

• Proven experience in assembly processes and demonstrated mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to accurately interpret and follow blueprints, specifications, and standard operating procedures.
• Strong attention to detail for meticulous quality inspections and documentation. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to repetitively lift up to 25-50 pounds.
• Frequent standing, bending, and reaching during the shift.
